Add a custom MCP server from Plugins in Settings.
The video shows an example that allows sending and closing. If you only want to read inquiries, you don’t need to check them.
No complicated setup
Name it Linktalk,
and enter the connection address below exactly as shown.
You don’t need to create a separate API key.

Step by step, with your own screen.
In Claude, go to Profile → Settings → Connectors at the bottom left. Add a custom connector from Add at the top right.
Depending on your app version, it may appear as Customize → Connectors or Add custom connector.
Open Claude
Enter Linktalk as the name, paste the address below as the MCP server URL, and press Continue.

In the authentication prompt, choose Log in now, and choose Register automatically as the registration method. After checking, press Add at the bottom right.
When the Linktalk login and consent screen opens, log in with your account and press Allow and connect. This recording doesn’t include the login and consent screen.
Check that Linktalk appears in your connector list and shows as connected. Open the connector to see the list of tools you can use.
Once connected, copy the first question below and try it in a new chat.
Finally, send your first question.
Turn on Linktalk from + → Connectors in the chat box, then ask a question.

On the free plan, you can connect one custom connector. On Team and Enterprise, the organization owner must add the connector first.
Official connection guideIn ChatGPT, go to Settings → Integrations → Plugins → Browse directory. Choose Add custom MCP server from Add at the top right.
If you see Plugins in the left menu, you can also open the same screen from Plugins → +.
Open ChatGPT
Enter Linktalk as the name and the connection address below as the server URL. Choose OAuth as the authentication method.
https://linktalk.speciai.team/api/mcpOAuth means you log in with your Linktalk account. You don’t need to enter a client ID or secret yourself.
Check the confirmation items and press Create as plugin. Press Continue with linktalk, then choose Allow and connect in Linktalk.
Try starting with read-only access. Allowing send and close is optional; the video shows an example with them checked.
After connecting, go on to install the plugin. When Linktalk shows up in the Installed list, you’re ready.
Creating a plugin and installing it are different. You need to finish installing to choose it in a chat.
Finally, send your first question.
Type @ in the chat box, choose Linktalk, and ask a question.

Select linktalk to authenticate.

One more check when connecting
Add send permission only when you need to save drafts or send replies.
It can’t send replies to customers or change inquiries.
Real sending becomes possible too. When you allow it, you’ll get a confirmation code by account email once more. Ask for a draft first, then check it in Linktalk before sending.

Only what the AI app truly needs is passed along — masked.

By default it only reads. Saving drafts and sending replies must be checked separately when connecting, and checking them sends one more confirmation code to your account email.
You connect by logging in to Linktalk, without copying keys. The connection ends after 90 days and can be cut at any time, and connections of members who leave the office are blocked immediately.
Conversations read by an AI app are logged under the name of the person who connected it. If many conversations are read in a short time, operators are alerted right away, and AI app sending is limited to 200 per office per day.
Nothing to install — it only calls defined tools on the Linktalk server. Requests for other offices’ data, source code, or the originals of masked values aren’t processed, and operators are alerted.
Linktalk doesn’t use inquiry content for AI training. Content an AI app receives is processed by the company that makes that app, so please also check that app’s data policy. Names of unregistered people written within sentences are not masked. Terms of Service Article 11-2 · Privacy Policy

In ChatGPT, menus can differ by account and workspace policy. If there’s no Plugins menu and you see Apps instead, check developer mode and admin permissions in the official guide below.
ChatGPT Apps · Developer mode guide ↗In Claude, check that Linktalk is turned on in + → Connectors of a new chat. In ChatGPT, you need to install the plugin you created, then choose @Linktalk in a new Work chat.
If it still doesn’t work, check that the address you entered ends in /api/mcp, and that you finished logging in to Linktalk and allowing the connection.
Please log in with a Linktalk account that’s currently a member of the office. If the member who connected leaves the office, that office’s inquiries can no longer be read.
You need to log in again 90 days after connecting. Disconnect Linktalk in the AI app and connect it again.
It’s available during the free trial and on all paid plans. There’s no extra charge for connecting AI apps. If your trial has ended, it reconnects right after you pay.

See Linktalk plans ↗If you only allow reading, it can’t send replies. Allowing send permission makes real sending possible, so we recommend asking AI to save drafts and checking them in Linktalk.
KakaoTalk replies are sent in order by the connected phone. To confirm actual delivery, ask the AI to check the delivery status. Sent replies can’t be undone.
Resident registration numbers, account numbers, phone numbers, addresses, passwords, and tokens are replaced with placeholders, and registered customer names with pseudonyms. For example, an account number shows as [[계좌번호_8e1d42]]. Customer names appear as pseudonyms in the AI app, so check real names and customer info in Linktalk by tapping the link attached to each conversation. Conversations read are logged under the name of the person who connected.
AI apps can only request work through permitted tools. Other offices’ data, source code, and the originals of masked values are not within scope.
Inquiry content passed along is processed by the company running the AI app, so check the data policy of the app you use.
In Linktalk, go to Settings → Integrations → Connected AI apps and press Disconnect. That app can no longer read inquiries right away. Integration keys can be revoked under Integration keys on the same screen.
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is a standard way for AI apps to read data from other services and request work. Linktalk uses it to give AI apps the inquiries and tools you’ve allowed.
For automation that can’t use browser login, use an integration key. The office owner can create one in Settings → Integrations → Integration keys.
Choose AI read as the purpose. If you also need to save drafts or send, choose AI read · send. The key is shown only once, right after it’s created.
