questions?

Ask about getting started
Do my customers need to install a new app?

Customers keep using the channels they already use, and your team sees the connected conversations in Linktalk. You can check how to connect each channel and what gets collected in the onboarding guide.

Can I bring in existing customers and past conversations?

We provide screens for importing customers and uploading conversation files. What you need to prepare depends on your file format and channels, so please check the connection guide.

Does AI send replies to customers on its own?

This page shows a flow where you prepare reply templates and drafts, and your team checks the recipient and content. Whether automatic sending rules actually run and whether unattended auto-replies are supported needs to be confirmed separately. The demo screen never sends real messages.

Can medical clinics or professional firms use it?

We provide usage examples such as general inquiries and guidance on documents to prepare. If you handle sensitive information such as medical records or case files, please confirm the connection scope, retention terms, and permissions before adopting it. This does not mean we offer integration with dedicated medical or case management systems.

Where do I connect AI apps and my website?

You can see the supported features and what to prepare in the AI app connection guide and the website connection guide.
